Privacy

Voila is an operational tool for school staff and parents/guardians. It is not directed at children, and every account is created by an adult.

What we collect

• Account details you provide when signing up, such as name, email and phone number.
• Photos and details of found or lost items, and claim activity.
• Optionally, the first names of students you track, entered at your discretion.

How it is used

Only to run the lost-and-found workflow: searching, matching, alerts and claims. We do not use data for advertising or profiling, and do not sell it.

Who can see it

Access is scoped to each school. Private schools require an access code or administrator approval to join, so one school's data is not visible to another.

Where it lives

All data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the US East (N. Virginia) region. Voila uses no third-party data, authentication, payment or AI providers.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from the app's side menu (Delete My Account). Questions? Email support@smallcloudlabs.com or contact your school's Voila administrator.
